Where do you deliver too?

We generally deliver withing a 10km raduis of our shop at 5 Alison Rd, Wyong. You can check our 10km delivery radius by Clicking HERE Delivery information is also provided in the product information in the shop for each item. Alternatively, pickup is always available from our shop.



Can my cake, cookies or cupcakes be customised?

Yes! Definitely! Customised in every way with printed pictures, company logos and/or childrens names. Send us an email with your ideas. We have many examples on our instagram and facebook page. CLICK HERE to view our custom cakes page.



Is there a minimum order quantity through the website?

Yes. Standard cupcakes - 6 Mini cupcakes - One dozen Cookies - One dozen



Can I pay the full amount on pickup?

No, full payment is required when placing the order online through the website. Alternatively, you can visit our shop to pay.



Are refunds available?

Refunds are available if a cancellation is provided within one week of the delivery date. A cancellation must be made via email to sales@wyongcakepalace.com.au or phone.



It is only showing me PICKUP as an option. Why?

You will need to create an account and login. While creating your account it will give you the option to put in your location. If you have selected DELIVERY as an option, the product will be delivered regardless of the checkout saying 'Pick UP'. This is a restriction of the website developer. The extra delivery charge, if any, is placed on the product during the initial selection.

Do you have Gluten Free?

YES - We do provide gluten free options. We usually have a few cupcake options install all the time. Special requests are always welcome.
