Our aim is to provide a high level of satisfaction to ensure your experience is the best it can be. All baked orders are done so with professionalism and 100% effort. All onsite classes, parties or events are planned in a careful manner to meet your expectations and meet the inclusions in any such package selected. We will ensure high levels of communication are reached with all special/custom orders, events and parties planned out in advance.

We use third party payment methods that are safe and secure to ensure your information remains secure at all times. 

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We accept orders and repeat orders from wholesalers, cafes and other businesses who would like to stock our products. Products in these instances usually include cupcakes or cookies with company logos on them, or festive messages.

Discounts are available for repeat orders on a regular basis from wholesalers, cafes and other businesses. We always encourage local businesses to support other local businesses.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are required to be paid in FULL for an order to be secured where a custom quote/invoice has been issued.

Deposit invoices paid for custom orders are non refundable if the customer chooses to cancel the order.
